Shipping options & delivery cost
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method and your location at checkout. Our shipping rate are as follows
| Keningau Area | Shipping Option: Self Pickup & Delivery Shipping rate: 0-1kg = RM5. additional RM4 on the next 1kg |
| Sabah & Labuan | Shipping Option: Delivery by GDEX Shipping rate: 0-1kg = RM8. additional RM5 on the next 1kg |
| Sarawak | Shipping Option: Delivery by GDEX Shipping rate: 0-1kg = RM13. additional RM11 on the next 1kg |
| Semenanjung Malaysia | Shipping Option: Delivery by GDEX Shipping rate: 0-1kg = RM13. additional RM11 on the next 1kg |
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or in public holiday will be sent from our shop on Monday or the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not deliver to PO Box
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your parcel directly at the courier service website.
Return, Refunds & Exchange
Kindly be informed that we do not allowed return after shipping the products.
